This course presents an overview of hardware and software with its relation to Information Technology. Students learn basic computer operations including the systems needed to achieve the measurable benefits of introducing IT into an enterprise. The course teaches students to analyze systems and learn how information technology can be used to design, facilitate, and communicate organization goals and objectives. Student will also learn troubleshooting techniques, and computer system maintenance.
